Juices

GRAPEFRUIT, HONEY, LEMON, GINGER JUICE

  • 2 grapefruits, peeled and divided into wedges
  • 3 lemons, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large (approx. 4 cm) ginger root, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Put fruit alternately. After squeezing, add the honey, mix the finished juice and drink it immediately.

BEET, GREEN BEANS AND PUMPKIN JUICE

This invigorating blend will effectively combat fatigue.

  • 3 small beets, cut into pieces
  • 25 green bean pods with the ends cut off
  • Half a pumpkin pitted and cut into pieces

Put the ingredients in alternation. After squeezing, mix the finished juice and drink it straight away.

CARROT, CELERY AND BEETROOT JUICE

It has an anti-stress effect and supports the immune system.

  • 4 large carrots, trimmed, cut into pieces
  • 1 celery root, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 small beets, cut into pieces

APPLE, LEMON AND FENNEL JUICE

Heavy dinner? Hearty dinner? A glass of this juice will make you feel lighter!

  • 4 apples cut into pieces
  • 2 lemons, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 bulb of fennel

CELERY, CARROT AND LEMON JUICE

  • 6 celery stalks, cut into pieces
  • 2 large carrots, tips cut
  • 2 lemons, peeled

CARROT, CUCUMBER, OLIVE AND BASIL JUICE

  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 10 pitted olives

  • 4 apples cut into pieces
  • 40 black currants
  • 1 tablespoon of acai berry juice

BLACKBERRY AND YOGHURT SMOOTHIE

This delicious, nutritious and nutritious cocktail is the perfect breakfast for those who want to stay fit.

  • 25 blackberries
  • 450ml (1¾) cup of natural organic yoghurt
  • A good pinch of almond flakes

BLACKCURRANT, BANANA AND YOGHURT SMOOTHIE

  • 25 black currants
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 400ml (1¾) cup of natural organic yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds

Using the smoothie attachment, blend the currants, bananas and yoghurt until smooth. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and drink straight away.
